Who We Are!!!

The show is produced by Angela and Paul Herigon in conjunction with their Food-brokerage company APFoodsales. It was and has remained our mission to provide an opportunity for Child Nutrition Decision makers to visit with Vendor partners at a time when they are writing their bids and making purchasing decisions for the following school year.

Texas Food Expo is excited to release dates for the 2022 season.

Texas Food Expo show season will be very unique in a limit of 30 booths at each venue. We are keeping it small for safety in spacing, time constrictions of Dietitians and Directors with staff shortages. In this new atmosphere we invite you to sample items, produce plate presentations, color sheets with
nutritional, cost, and unit information along with recipe cards for the Directors, Menu Planners and Dietitians.

We are encouraging Manufacturers to cross merchandise items in their plate
presentations to assist Directors in their purchasing decisions.
